This is the Forest Visitor Map for the Plumas National Forest. National Forest Visitor Maps provide an overview of recreational uses, trails, roads, streams, lakes, landforms, land administration, visitor centers, facilities, campgrounds and picnic areas. The 18 National Forests in the Pacific Southwest Region (Region 5) are mapped at the scale of 1/2 inch per mile (1:126,720). This map is to be used with the Plumas National Forest Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM). The MVUM shows the National Forest System roads, National Forest System trails, and the areas on the National Forest System lands in the Plumas National Forest that are designated for motor vehicle use pursuant to 36 CFR 212.51. National Forest road, trail and area users must comply with the MVUM, as well as Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Compliance with these rules is the responsibility of the user.
