DTK / Kort50 is a nationwide topographical series of Denmark in the 1:50 000 scale. The map is designed and prepared in cooperation with the Armed Forces. The map is made from the topographical databases and is generalized so the smaller details are omitted in relation to DTK / Kort25. Gardens at farms and houses in the countryside are not displayed, and in cities only the larger buildings are shown. All roads and paths are shown apart from smaller roads in buildings. Campsite, golf course, school, hall, lighthouse and mills are shown with signatures. With colors there are shown low-rise buildings, high-rise buildings, urban areas, industrial areas and technical areas. The high curves have an equilibrium of 5 m.
