This map covers a little known access route used by early pioneers travelling from Albany to the Western Australian Goldfields. At the time Albany was a major port in southern Western Australian, saving a walk of many hundreds of kilometres. The map is available in digital form only, but a CD of the same title is available at www.westprint.com.au providing more extensive information for this remote area. The CD version of this map contains notes on history, explorers, points of interest, surrounding flora and fauna and contains various photos of landmarks. The map is very clear to read and has road distances, rest areas, caravan parks and fuel outlets noted. Copyright Westprint Heritage Maps P/L
