Explore the headwaters of the Lane Cove River. This longer walk links the Coups Creek bushland with sections of Lane Cove National Park. Highlights include a diversity of vegetation types and a couple of steep climbs to get the heart going! This is a challenging to very challenging walk and is recommended for adults and older teens (16+ years) with a high level of fitness and bushwalking experience. Younger teens might find it too difficult, and it's not recommended for children or those with impaired mobility, wheelchairs, walkers, or prams.
