It's great for adults and teens with a basic level of fitness and bushwalking experience, and for older children (7 years+) with a moderate level of fitness and bushwalking experience. Highlights include wildflowers in late winter and spring, sections of cool rainforest, and several large sandstone outcrops that make perfect rest spots.
