The Huckleberry Trail is a 15-mile paved trail that runs through Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Montgomery County, rolling along residential, agricultural, forested and commercial areas. The Huckleberry Trail is connected to an extensive network of natural surface trails, including Pandapas Pond, Poverty Creek Trail System, Gateway Trail, McDonald Hollow Trail Network, and the Coal Mining Heritage Loop Trail. In total, the trail network exceeds 60 miles. Other features found on this map include: town and county parks, neighborhood trails, historical and cultural sites, and breweries. Trails are open to different types of activities and users as indicated in the map legend, e.g., walking, trail running, biking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
