This is a free sample of the Twin Cities Paddlesports Map. It shows lakes, rivers and creeks in Minneapolis that are good for kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding. Features include boat launches, suggested routes, scenic spots and hazards. One unique feature is mapped shuttle routes for bicyclists. Lock your bike at the take out spot, then leave your car at the launch site. When you finish paddling, transfer the lock to your boat and ride your bike back to the car. It's a great way to stretch your legs and get some exercise. And you only need one car! This map was last updated in spring 2020. If you like the map, purchase the Twin Cities Paddlesports Map for the full selection of paddling lakes and rivers throughout the Twin Cities.
