Distance: 5.9 miles one Way; Average Time: 5 hrs; Difficulty: Strenuous One of the more strenuous mountain trails, this hike takes you through a pinyon-juniper forest and brings you to the top of the Red Rock Escarpment. Portions of this trail are unmarked and require scrambling. Starting at Willow Spring Picnic Area, hike Rocky Gap Road to the Bridge Mountain Trail Junction. Follow Bridge Mountain Trail for 1.10 miles until you get to the fork where the North Peak Trail starts. Follow North Peak to the summit of a limestone hill.
